Courtney Mowry serves as Vice President of Legal & Licensing and brings more than three decades of experience supporting hospitality organizations. She leads Tasty Restaurant Group’s legal division, overseeing the company’s real estate portfolio, licensing and permitting, risk management, compliance, contracts, and legal operations. Prior to joining Tasty Restaurant Group, Courtney held senior legal and licensing leadership positions through multiple corporate transactions, restructurings, and operational transformations within the restaurant industry, most notably with CraftWorks Restaurants & Breweries. Throughout her career, she has managed complex licensing portfolios, entity governance matters, regulatory compliance initiatives, bankruptcy-related transitions, and legal oversight across hundreds of restaurant locations. Courtney previously served as a longtime Board Member of the National Association of Licensing and Compliance Professionals (NALCP).
